Welcome to Fast Track Setups!

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our digital products and services, including our iRacing setup subscriptions and related content provided through our Discord server.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

Fast Track Setups provides virtual car tuning and setup files designed for the iRacing simulation platform. Our setups are offered through a subscription-based model, giving you access to pre-tuned car setups and updates during your active subscription period.

2. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18.

- Have an active Discord account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed through our designated payment platform(s).

By subscribing, you authorize Fast Track Setups to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription amount on a recurring basis, if applicable.

All payments are final. Because our setups are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds once payment is completed.

4. Delivery of Setups

After your payment is confirmed, you will gain instant access to the corresponding setup files or setup channels within our Discord server. Access remains active for the duration of your subscription period.

5. Use of Setups

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use our setups for your own iRacing activities.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our setup files.

While we cannot legally enforce private sharing, we strongly discourage it, as sharing directly impacts the sustainability of our service and community.

6. Intellectual Property

All setup files, data, branding, and related content are the intellectual property of Fast Track Setups. You may not claim ownership or represent our content as your own.

7. Discord Conduct

Users must follow Discord’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to revoke access to our Discord server or setups for any user who violates these terms, engages in harassment, or misuses the service.

8. Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the service at any time with a week's prior notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss, or access issues arising from such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fast Track Setups is not affiliated with or endorsed by iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC.

We make no guarantees regarding performance results or improvements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our setups or service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or engage in behaviour detrimental to our community or business.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Sweden.
